Ingredients
  

For the truffles

  • 1 cup white chocolate chips Melted
  • 1 cup Golden Oreos Crushed
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese Softened
  • to taste sprinkles or additional crushed Oreos For coating

Preparation

  • In a mixing bowl, combine crushed Golden Oreos with softened cream cheese until well blended.
  • Melt the white chocolate chips in a microwave or double boiler until smooth.
  • Stir the melted chocolate into the Oreo mixture until fully combined.
  • Chill the mixture in the fridge for about 30 minutes to firm up.
  • Once chilled, roll the mixture into small balls (about 1 inch) and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Roll the truffles in sprinkles or additional crushed Oreos for coating.
  • Return the truffles to the fridge until set.

Notes

These truffles can be made a day in advance and stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week. They can also be frozen for later enjoyment. If the mixture is too soft, chill it longer before rolling.
