Ingredients
  

For the Bark

  • 24 pieces Oreo cookies, crushed Feel free to mix up the flavors!
  • 2 cups white chocolate chips Melt in 30-second intervals until smooth.
  • 1 cup pink or red candy melts Melt in the microwave until smooth.
  • 1 cup heart-shaped sprinkles Optional, for decoration.

Preparation

  • Crush the Oreo cookies in a zip-top bag using a rolling pin until you have a mix of chunks and fine crumbs.
  • Melt the white chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread the melted white chocolate evenly to about 1/4-inch thick.
  • Sprinkle half of the crushed Oreos over the melted white chocolate.
  • Melt the candy melts in the microwave until smooth and drizzle them over the white chocolate layer.
  • Use a toothpick to swirl the candy melts for a marble effect, then top with the remaining Oreos and sprinkles.
  • Refrigerate for about 30 minutes until set, then break into pieces to serve.

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to two weeks. Can be customized with nuts or different toppings. Perfect for gifting!
