  • 1 cup peanut butter Room temperature for easy mixing.
  • 1/2 cup honey or maple syrup Adjust for stickiness and texture.
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips Chopped chocolate bars can be used.
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract For added flavor.

Preparation

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the granola and peanut butter until well mixed.
  • Add in the honey or maple syrup and vanilla extract, and mix until everything is evenly combined.
  • Fold in the chocolate chips gently to avoid melting them into the mixture.
  • Scoop the mixture into muffin liners or silicone molds, pressing down firmly.
  • Place in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to set.

Notes
