  • 1 cup blueberries Can use frozen, but thaw and drain first.
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice Add more if you love tang.
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh cilantro (optional) Can be substituted with mint or omitted.

  • In a large bowl, combine the diced mango, chopped cucumber, diced avocado, and blueberries.
  • Drizzle with lime juice and season with salt and pepper.

Notes

Keep salad in an airtight container for up to 24 hours. To avoid browning, add lime juice right after cutting avocado. Ideal for summer gatherings and meal preps.
