  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning Optional for added herb flavor.
  • for garnish Fresh parsley, chopped Brightens the dish.

Cooking

  • In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
  • Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  • Add chicken pieces to the skillet, season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning if using.
  • Cook until the chicken is golden brown and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
  • Remove from heat, garnish with fresh parsley, and serve warm.

Notes

Double the recipe for easy lunches; reheats well. Cool and freeze individual portions for meal prep. Pack with rice, pasta, or in tortillas.
