Ingredients
  

For the Chicken

  • 2 pieces chicken breasts Can substitute with boneless skinless chicken thighs.
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil Any neutral-tasting olive oil works.
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice Fresh lemon juice gives the best flavor.
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano Italian seasoning can be used as a substitute.
  • to taste Salt and pepper

For the Wraps

  • 4 leaves large lettuce leaves Romaine, butter lettuce or iceberg can be used.
  • 1 cup Caesar dressing Store-bought or homemade.
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, shredded Freshly shredded tastes brighter.
  • 2 pieces tortilla wraps Flour, wrap-style, or whole wheat tortillas.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  • In a bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  • Coat chicken breasts with the marinade and let sit for 15 minutes.

Cooking

  • Grill the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side or until cooked through.
  • Remove from grill and let rest for a few minutes before slicing.

Assembly

  • Lay tortilla wraps flat and spread Caesar dressing on each.
  • Place lettuce leaves, sliced chicken, and Parmesan cheese on top.
  • Wrap tightly, slice in half, and serve.

Notes

For meal prep, grill a double batch of chicken and store in the fridge for up to 3 days. Assemble wraps right before eating to prevent sogginess.
