  • 1 wheel Brie cheese Buy Brie in the refrigerated cheese section at most grocery stores.
  • 1/4 cup sweet marmalade Apricot jam can be used instead of marmalade.
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1/4 cup pecans, chopped Pecans are preferred for their buttery crunch, but feel free to substitute.
  • to taste Crackers or sliced baguette For serving.

Instructions
 

Baking

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Place the Brie cheese on a baking dish.
  • Spread the marmalade on top of the Brie.
  • Drizzle with honey and sprinkle with chopped pecans.
  • Bake for about 10-15 minutes until the cheese is gooey.
  • Serve warm with crackers or sliced baguette.

Notes

For added texture, you can sprinkle flaky sea salt on top before serving. You can also prepare ahead by assembling the Brie with marmalade and pecans and refrigerating, just add extra minutes when baking from cold.
