  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Topping

  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar For topping.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
  • In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.
  • In another bowl, mix melted butter, milk, eggs, and vanilla extract.
  • Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
  • Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan.
  • In a small bowl, combine the sugar and cinnamon for the topping and sprinkle it over the batter.

Baking

  • Bake for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  • Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring it to a wire rack to cool completely.

Notes
