  • 4 pieces chicken breasts Boneless and skinless for best results.
  • 1 cup cream Can substitute with Greek yogurt or coconut cream.
  • 1/2 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 2 tablespoons sriracha Adjust to taste for less heat.
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt Adjust based on personal preference.
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper Adjust based on personal preference.
  • 2 tablespoons green onions Chopped, for garnish.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a bowl, mix together the cream, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Place the chicken breasts in a baking dish and pour the sauce over them.

Cooking

  • Bake in the oven for about 25-30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through, checking that the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).

Serving

  • Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.

Notes

This dish can be made ahead of time and stored in the fridge for meal prepping. Leftovers can be reheated in the microwave or oven. It's kid-friendly; reduce the sriracha for less spice.
