  • 1 teaspoon paprika Can use smoked paprika for more depth.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3 minutes.
  • In a bowl, toss the cauliflower florets with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.

Cooking

  • Place the cauliflower in the air fryer basket in a single layer. If needed, cook in batches.
  • Cook for 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway, until the cauliflower is crispy and golden.

Serving

  • Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.

Notes

Keep florets uniform for even cooking. For extra crisp, consider a light dusting of cornstarch. Cooked cauliflower can be refrigerated for up to 4 days or frozen; reheat in the air fryer.
